My Journey

March 2009

What a month March was.  It was significant not for what happened, I guess, but more because of what will happen.  Each summer seems to be busy for me, but during March it became all the more clear of just how busy of a summer it will be.  I have expectations of trips to Seattle, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Denver.  So far.  It's going to be a crazy summer, which means it will get here, and go by, fast.  Very fast.

March was, however, very significant for me.  I am no longer living alone.  It was hectic getting Sherry and Eliana moved in with me before April 1, but it has been done.  Much settling of stuff has to yet occur, but it is getting there.  I have a big house, but we have a lot of stuff.  I've been busy on a few projects that I've either been thinking about or put off for a while (mostly shelves!) but now we need them done.

Our major accomplishment at work was receiving notification that our Master of Science in Information Assurance degree has been accredited/certified by the NSA - the reason for the trip to Seattle next month.
